The most important step to losing fat…is to find out how you are eating at the moment. And then change it! It’s not enough just to think about what you are eating. Or to tell yourself that you don’t really eat much sweet, fatty or processed foods.. You have to get evidence otherwise  you’ll just end up changing what you eat in big ways when all you needed to do was eat less for lunch and a bit more for breakfast!
