Following on from the last post…the key to beating food cravings, like chocolate cravings and cake cravings…is to develop better eating habits…rather than spend time trying to use psychology and mental images or going for “cleansing” walks… No. Just develop better habits and see the cravings disappear!!! The biggest mistake that you can make when dealing with food cravings is trying to force yourself NOT to have something… By this I mean, when the urge comes and you consciously tell yourself or force yourself to not eat some “bad” food or drink that “bad” drink. You know how that feels? That “forcing” yourself. The concentration…the way your chest gets a bit tighter and you need to get up and move away from the chocolate..
