I have used so many several systems and before I commit to anything else I exactly want to know if this will give me the benefits that I want. I have truly managed to firm up my midsection now I want the definition.
To be honest you may have already achieved what I have achieved in that I have lost inches of fat off my belly and it’s now flat. To get better definition, you could take what is in the free report, the method of adjusting what you eat and doing more high intensity exercises and see how it goes. I am still changing and tweaking to get more definition myself.
The last bit of fat are always the hardest to lose…but keep at it what ever you do and try and introduce some variety into your exercise if you can. See if that helps?

will this get me abs like the pro football players. I mean the skilled players
It will get you to lose inches of belly fat so that you get a flat belly. You can get definition by keeping up with the method and adding your own tweaks and ideas. If you really want to get the abs of skilled pro football players you will need to put extra hours exercising like they do…but this method will get you to a much better point both understanding how to eat and exercise and how to apply the next steps.

Controversy. All of these weight loss programs that individuals are pitching on these late night informercials. The question that I have is why is it on late night. That makes me wave a red flag. If you want to a good midsection then the information here will more that suffice.
It is interesting when you see all the lose 45 pounds in 2 weeks stuff with a guy who has a before and after that is actually him 2 years ago and now.
But..if that’s what gets people interested that’s what gets people interested
Is this similiar to the truth about abs course that Mike Geary offers
I’m not familiar with all of Mike’s course but his idea that you have to not focus on just doing stomach crunches is similiar to what I have found. The key idea that I believe is different is that I don’t worry about trying to cut out all processed foods and beer and the like straight away. It affects your motivation too much to cut it all out
