Fast fat loss by sitting watching TV??? How does that work?
Well, for one thing it isn’t a con or a trick. You can actually lose fat by sitting watching TV. And it doesn’t have to be the TV. It could be your computer. Or reading a book (or Kindle!).
And without being a bit too obvious, why would you want to know how to get fast fat loss in this way?…It speaks for itself doesn’t it!
Okay, before you turn off completely and think I’m making some kind of joke, here is what I mean by saying that you can have fast fat loss by doing something relaxing like watching TV or reading a book:
You lose fat by not trying to work out all the time and dieting hard. You lose it by comcentrating on what you eat and THE WAY you eat…and to a lesser extent, the way you exercise.
So say that you were eating some nuts and fruit while watching your favourite TV show. And say that you usually would be eatign chocolate or cookies or some other sort of sugary treat.
Well right of the bat you’d be helping yourself lose fat as you are eating a lower Glycemic Index (GI) food…and hence delaying the onset of insulin which leads to food being stored as fat.
So even though you are watching TV you would be developing a habit of eating the right way.
Here’s another example:
Say instead of doing 2 hours in the gym you spent 20 minutes doing a high intensity workout (like they do on BodyRock.TV) and then sat down with a glass of water and watched the news.
You don’t need to work out for long time to get the benefit. And then you can relax and enjoy yourself instead of fretting that you haven’t done enough of a workout to lose fat.
So…here’s what I’m saying:
You can get to have more free time to watch TV or read a book or go learn some new skill and STILL get that fast fast loss IF you start thinking about how you eat, when you eat as well as how you exercise. And the thing to remember is that LESS is often MORE!!!
So I’ll leave you with that.
