Cravings: The Secret Everyone Misses About How They Can Be Stopped!

Recently I was reading about cravings and what causes them?…

Why was I doing this?…Well part of the Flat Belly Fast Method is how to get control of your cravings…that the techniques you learn in the method can cause you to overcome them. Like magic, almost.

So you get to beat food cravings…even the BIG ones like chocolate cravings and cake cravings…

Now I know this might sound like a “Magic Bullet” too far but I can honestly tell you hand on heart that one really weird consequence of changing how I ate…doing this Eating 4 Times A Day Idea from the Flat Belly Fast Method…was that I noticed that I had inadvertently also found the SECRET to beat my cravings for chocolate…

And I did LOVE chocolate…I ate some every day. I was a slave to it.

Now, after learning this technique I can eat it when I want…it’s both a great and a really strange feeling.

So anyway you can see the benefit to getting a handle on cravings for losing fat, as once you aren’t being controlled by the cake or the chocolate in the cupboard…you can really get a handle on changing up your diet to lose body and belly fat.

So I was reading about the psychology and the science behind cravings to see if what I learned and applied was already out there…

And guess what???

IT ISN’T.

It’s just NOT talked about.
Now there still is a lot of stuff out there:

For instance: with cravings there are a lot of processes going on. There are lot of theories involving how your mind creates images, how your body secretes hormones and there’s almost a dance between what your stomach does and what your brain does. It is really and truly fascinating.

BUT….

Nowhere in the stuff I have looked into does it recognise the idea or the phenomena of habits… and more importantly, how you can take control of urges and impulses by training your mind and body to react in a certain way when you are at the fridge or at the supermarket counter in front of all that chocolate…

So the piece that is missing from all the information on beating food cravings that I have read…is that the SECRET to beating food cravings is to learn to develop different eating habits…but crucially…that replace the current ones that give you the cravings…

And on that note…that’s all for now!…
