There are many fat loss plans out there and ways of dieting or exercising, some with some good advice, others maybe more than most people can handle or maintain…horses for courses, so to speak.
My own method is generally suited to yourself, good reader, if you are in your 30s or 40s and have been trying to get rid of that belly in some shape or the other..and it doesn’t require you to completely give up stuff like junk food and alcohol in such drastic measure.
But the real crux of a fat loss plan is that you STILL HAVE TO EXERCISE…
…there really is no way around this…you can’t just do it forever by watching what you eat!
And it helps you lose belly fat, if you can avoid doing certain exercises like stomach crunches the wrong way and that you choose the best form of exercise to fit you. Now I know that crunches don’t burn belly fat, but they are part of a whole exercise mentality…and so you shouldn’t avoid them.
This is a tough one at times as you might like certain exercises but you don’t fancy others…it might be what you have read…but if you look at it as an opportunity to have some fun and change it up a bit then go for it!
I recommend doing some sort of push-up and some sort of crunch or abs exercise whenever you workout…
And as for diet, well it’s best to start with what you already eat. Yep, just modify what you eat slightly and maybe see if you can cut out chocolate and find some alternatives

But I’ll leave you with one idea: You don’t have to demonise fast food or the idea of doing 200 crunches to get a flat belly or six pack…just know that by changing your diets in steps, and increasing your activity you can achieve this…and what’s more these more extreme ideas will just become that, ideas…you can then decide if they are an option for your own fat loss plan moving forward.
