Part of any fat loss plan is trying to accommodate what to eat, when to eat and also how much to eat.
For myself and the main driver of this site: I like to adopt what I call the 4 and 10 Rule For Belly Fat Loss in that I eat 4 times a day and only reduce what I eat by 10%.
This is explained more in the Free Report.
What is always interesting though is that there are many different methods and takes on how to control your diet for belly fat loss or general weight loss. Recently I read a great summary of this here about that very thing.
In this article the idea that caught my attention is to apply a kind of Pareto Principle of eating 80% of your diet in breakfast and lunch and then 20% for later meals. The rationale is that it teaches your body to learn how to burn fat more efficiently.
Now it’s different from my own experience, but hey, variety is the spice of life. If you adopted this I still would recommend reducing what you eat overall by only 10%…
If you like this idea of 80/20 eating then go for it though…and leave a comment below if you have had experience with it and it has helped you lose belly fat.
